Shipping

We deliver our products to West and East Malaysia with our trusted courier company to ensure timely and accurate delivery. We will provide a tracking code once we sent out the package to our customer’s address.

Yes, we can also arrange for delivery internationally. Please contact our sales personnel for further information for your requirement.

Upon order placement, within 7 working days, we will ship the package and the estimated time or delivery for West Malaysia is in 2-3 days and East Malaysia up to 5-8 days.

Payment

We accept Paypal payments and local bank transfer.

Yes, we provide proof of purchase with a detailed invoice and tracking code for each order. We do not store or hold any credit card details after the payment has been made.

Warranty

Our blinds fabric is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee for DIY Blinds products is limited to repair or replacement of the product or components found to be defective as installed by us. The guarantee does not cover defects or damage caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorised devices, wear, and tear or failure to follow our instructions concerning cleaning and maintenance.

Under the guarantee, we shall not be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.

Orders & Returns

For cancellation of recent order, please kindly notify us before shipment is dispatch for further assistance.

Yes, you need to create an account on our website in order to place an order.

We will provide you the tracking code and url to do so.

We don’t accept return of products unless it’s due to malfunction or wear and tear upon item arrival.
